SPIRITUAL POWER BEHIND THE SCENE HEAVILY CONTROLLING SOCIETY
Did you ever ask yourselves why at crucial times in man's history that events seemed to be favoring evil and war and death? The events of 2020 appear to have been coordinated by evil forces. Can you imagine how say for instance, it was all done by communist of China? That is extremely unlikely. What influences are beyond our observation? How much of decisive events are being pushed by spiritual forces in high places?
Ephesians 6:11-12 KJV 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
THIS VERSE ANSWERS THE QUESTION OF 'WHY THEIR IS SO MUCH EVIL AND SUFFERING IN THIS WORLD'. Powers invisible to humans eyes are ruling much of this world. Are there also Godly forces operating in this world that our fleshly eyes cannot see?
2 Kings 6:16-17 NKJV 16 So he answered, "Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them." 17 And Elisha prayed, and said, "LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see." Then the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.
Elisha's assistant was given the opportunity to visually see the vast angelic army protecting this prophet of God from pagan armies. Otherwise the presence of God protection was invisible. Therefore one can conclude in this evil age of demonic influences, we also have good angels and good spirit beings intervening for believers. Believers can sort of sense the evil influences growing but need to rely on our faith in God and his invisible protection.
Ephesians 6:16 NKJV 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
Satan sees an age old opportunity to use our fantasies in print and visual media for acceptance of the occult and demons. For our own enlightenment, we as Christians must turn to the Bible for our answers and our hope for life today and our future life involving spiritual beings.
Angels Are God’s Servants and Messengers
They were created to serve God. God has them rescuing and protecting His people who He is developing. People are given vital messages thru Angels. Christ said he laid down his life voluntarily. He could have called on legions of Angels to protect him from the stake if he had so chosen. His love for us is so great he chose to ransom us with his life. See Matt 26:53. Angels are sent to minister to believers.
Hebrews 1:13-14 NKJV 13 But to which of the angels has He ever said: "Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies Your footstool"? 14 Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation?
Angels, protectors of believers, who will inherit even higher positions than these loyal spirit beings are interested in the salvation process. They prepared Gideon to believe that he could be Israel’s deliverer. They gave him courage and confidence. Note Judges 6:22. Angels provide strength and vital information from God to believers. They gave inspired prophesies from God to Daniel. The wisdom given by Angels is mentioned regarding King David in II Sam 14:17.
Evil Spirits Rule the Great Pagan Empires
We are not given a lot of details about the spirit realm. We learn bits of information as a sideline as it regards answer to a Prophet's prayer. Probably God does not want us getting too involved with the spirit world especially the disloyal angelic world. In that spirit we learn indirectly about demon influence in regarding Daniel's prayer for the restoration of Judah.
Daniel 9:21-22 NKJV 21 yes, while I was speaking in prayer, the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, reached me about the time of the evening offering. 22 And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, "O Daniel, I have now come forth to give you skill to understand.
The arch angels next words are very shocking, God's answer was delayed by evil forces.
Daniel 10:11-14 NKJV 11 And he said to me, "O Daniel, man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak to you,... 12 Then he said to me, "Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words. 13 "But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days; and behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left alone there with the kings of Persia. 14 "Now I have come to make you understand what will happen to your people in the latter days,...days yet to come."
Angelic battles occurred above Daniel and the message was blocked for three weeks while Daniel fasted. Wow! These powerful empires are under the control of warring high ranking demons. They no doubt love having people war and kill each other. Even WWII seemed at times to have empires inspired by cruel demonic forces (Hitler). Note that these world ruling empires are controlled by demons in high positions of power.
Daniel 10:20 NKJV 20 Then he said, "Do you know why I have come to you? And now I must return to fight with the prince of Persia; and when I have gone forth, indeed the prince of Greece will come.
How could Daniel have known the succession of world empires Babylon, Persia then Greece if not for divine inspiration. Chapter eleven shows many details of the future of the Greek empire that prove the divine inspiration of the Bible. Somewhere in the near future demonic forces will create again the Holy Roman Empire. This will require the decline of America. Is that starting to happen now? If so how long will it take and will America have some small revivals of power?
We are not to pray to Angels
Angel worship is a form of false worship. It is often associated with pagan philosophy. Paul wrote to the Colossian church that they should beware of pagan philosophy. They should avoid the rudiments of the world. Paul says do not let them deceive you with false humility and the worshiping of angels.
Colossians 2:18 NKJV 18 Let no one cheat you of your reward, taking delight in false humility and worship of angels, intruding into those things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
Paul says learn from the Church in which Christ is the head and disavow worldly doctrines like asceticism and angelic worship. Do not address your guardian angel if you have one. Christ the Son of God says pray to the Father and He will direct them. Angels know we have a wonderful opportunity and listened to the apostles and desired to learn more about our salvation.
1 Peter 1:12 NKJV 12 To them it was revealed that, not to themselves, but to us they were ministering the things which now have been reported to you through those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven--things which angels desire to look into.
Fallen Angels are Dangerous and to be Avoided
Paul warns the strong Christians to not get over confident and disregard the dangers of demons. Some in Corinth were even going to pagan temples to eat. They knew that the pagan gods were nothing and the statues had no power. However Paul warns of over confidence, people getting too close to the flame.
1 Corinthians 10:20 NKJV 20 Rather, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I do not want you to havefellowship with demons.
Pagan revelry, idolatry and the occult are contaminated with dangerous demons. I know of a man who starting a long time running conversation with the demon in a possessed person because he was spiritually “strong”. He had to spend three weeks in a mental facility after a nervous breakdown! See I Cor 8:1, 4, 10. Further note I Cor 10:19-21.
Satan and his minions are very subtle and deceptive. They can use religion to mislead people as well as openly occult material. See II Cor 11:13-15. They should be avoided as well as places where evil is rampant such as crack houses or other places of strong ill repute. Don’t get puffed up like Lucifer and fall away from God. We all need to follow the example of the loyal angels and worship only the true God.
