Are Believers To Become Real Heirs Of God Or Just Viewers?

ARE WE TO BECOME PRIVILEGED VIEWERS OF THE BEATIFIC VISION? ARE WE TO BECOME JUST VIEWERS IN HEAVEN, or will we be His REAL sons after the resurrection? Does it matter? Will Christians be, in a sense, “baby Gods” as newborn members of God’s Family or just foster kids? Do believers have an unbelievably wonderful future?

Hebrews 2:3 NKJV 3 how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him,

Hebrews 2:10 NKJV 8. 10 For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

The Bible says it will be glorious! How wonderful it will be to be with God in glory. What will it be like?

Isaiah 64:4 KJV 4 For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him.

Our being in the Family of God is beyond anything men have ever even imagined.

1 Corinthians 2:9 KJV 9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

Are believers destined to be only partial members of God's family? Are we destined for only a foster child or some other form of lesser membership in the family of God? Are true converts destined to be IN the Family of God or is it a closed group of only three for all eternity? The popular belief and concept of a closed completed Godhead, the trinity, does not allow for more sons of God beyond Jesus. This doctrine makes an enormous difference. Believers will be given awesome powers as part of the family.

Revelation 5:10 NKJV 10 And have made us kings and priests to our God; And we shall reign on the earth."

If the God head is a closed family unit, it limits the destiny of converted mankind. Will others be added to the God family? The world is deceived into believing the answer is NO!.

Revelation 12:9 KJV 9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Our deceived world demands that all churches accept the trinity family limiting doctrine or be considered a cult. This dampens the appreciation for the fabulous, beyond our imagination future true believers have in Christ.

CHRIST IS THE FIRST BORN OF MANY BRETHREN

Paul states clearly that Christ himself is setting the path for us. He is first of many brethren.

Colossians 1:17-19 NKJV 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. 18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence. 19 For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell,

Jesus is setting the pattern for all of us to follow.

Romans 8:29 states, “For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the first born among many brethren.”

Converts will follow Jesus INTO the family of God by the same process of conversion, begettal, baptism, spiritual growth and resurrection from the dead.

John 3:3-6 KJV 3 Jesus answered and said unto him, ...6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

Note John 3:3-6. We can call Christ our brother. Note Heb. 2:11. Son ship is so much deeper and richer than just being there.

Hebrews 2:11 KJV 11 For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,

We will experience real spiritual birth not just adoption and predestination or calling.

CREATION EAGERLY AWAITS THE MANIFESTATION OF THE SONS OF GOD

Those called now in the first wave will be the first to experience this magnificent resurrection. See Rom. 8:16-19. We are all adopted by the same spiritual father as Christ. We are to be born into a real Family, the Family of God. Note Rom 8:23, 30. Note the word ‘glorified’. What a destiny!

Romans 8:16-19 NKJV 16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, 17 and if children, then heirs--heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together. 18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. 19 For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God.

ALL MANS SUFFERING WILL BE JUSTIFIED BY OUR AWESOME REWARD!

Romans 8:23-30 NKJV 23 Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, he redemption of our body..... 29 For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to

be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30.... He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.

Moses could not look upon God’s face or he would die. No human could withstand the brightness and power of God's presence. He could not look God in the face, but after the resurrection we will all be able to do so because we will be in the same family. We will be made of the same spiritual essence, having lesser powers but the same material. Notice and compare Exodus 33:20 and I John 3.

I John 3:2 states “Beloved, now we are the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be LIKE HIM; for we shall SEE him as he is. “

We can look him in the eye as a newborn family member. God is a light an energy or power which no mortal can approach. See I Tm. 6:16.

1 Timothy 6:16 NKJV 16 who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see, to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen.

The First Resurrection at the Last Trump of God will be the moment of our elevation. It will be an amazing moment for all believers. See I Cor. 15:52-53.

1 Corinthians 15:51-53 NKJV 51 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed-- 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

We will be indestructible like God. Wow! We will shine like stars. Note Dan 12:2-3. We will be new members of God’s family.

Daniel 12:2-3 NKJV 2 And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, Some to everlasting life, Some to shame and everlasting contempt. 3 Those who are wise shall shine Like the brightness of the firmament, And those who turn many to righteousness Like the stars forever and ever.

Therefore be encouraged by these things. Remain faithful to Jesus to the end and then get your 'glow on'. Wow! Why did Jesus come to this world ?

John 1:12 NKJV 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:
